Meet the founder
Srinivas Nistala founded Nascence Consulting LLC in 2005 with a simple thesis: enterprise technology should deliver measurable outcomes, not just billable hours.
Over the past 20+ years, Srinivas has led complex technology programs for Fortune 500 companies across aerospace, pharma, semiconductors, and healthcare — including multi-year engagements with Boeing, Pfizer, Honeywell, and GE Healthcare. His deep expertise spans SAP PLM, ERP systems, cloud architecture, and enterprise integration.
In recent years, Nascence has expanded from pure consulting into building AI-powered SaaS products. OpenClaw — a private AI workspace platform — and the AI Voice Assistant for service businesses are both built in-house, combining enterprise-grade engineering with the agility of a product company.
